“We’re pleased to once again sponsor the IAOP Outsourcing World Summit and to offer valuable insights on how the changing demands of digital business are impacting the sourcing industry,” said Wagner, who also serves as a member of the IAOP Strategic Advisory Board. “Enterprises are employing a host of new digital technologies, perhaps none more exciting or transformative than intelligent automation. We’ll discuss the latest developments in this area and also explore how new governance models are needed to achieve maximum value from cloud-based, Agile and DevOps services.”
In addition to public events, ISG will be hosting private, invitation-only dinners for enterprise delegates, service and technology providers and analyst and advisor relations professionals.
