Business process outsourcing (BPO) provider Arvato has partnered with FranklinWORKS, the workforce development arm of Franklin University, to boost development opportunities for its employees.
The new relationship will provide Arvato employees with access to a number of tuition benefits when studying towards an Applied Associate of Science degree in Finance or Business Administration at the University, one of the leading educators of working adults in the United States of America.
Participants will have the opportunity to earn college credits for on-the-job training completed as part of their career development, as well as receiving tuition discounts.
Fara Haron, Executive Vice President, CRM North America, Arvato, commented: “Attracting and retaining high-caliber candidates is key to the success of our business. By combining work and study, the new partnership offers our employees opportunities for life-long learning, while improving the professional performance we provide to our clients.”
“We are honored to partner with Arvato and offer their employees an opportunity to continue their education,” said Bill Chan, Executive Director, Partnership Development. “Through academic partnerships, FranklinWORKS can develop employees from within a company with the added benefit of preparing that company’s workforces to lead their organizations forward into a competitive market. Through our work with Arvato, the University continues its mission to provide high quality, relevant education to the broadest possible community of learners to achieve their goals and enrich the world.”
